How we work
Engagements start with a scoping note about the observability decisions you need to defend: service latency, error budgets, release safety, or incident readiness. We then inventory the current signal surface, propose cleaner naming, and help your team verify it after deploy.
Deliverables are written and hand-off ready — inventories, trace maps, QA scripts, and ownership notes — so measurement stays maintainable after we leave.
