These terms govern access to softsysnet.digital and any application analytics services engaged with Soft Sys Net after a written proposal is accepted. By using this site you agree to these terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services. Formal service work is governed by the proposal and any statement of work that references these terms.

Services described

Pages describing audits, trace mapping, health baselines, and incident cadence are informational. They are not an offer to contract until both parties sign a proposal. This site does not process payments or checkout.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and original materials remain the property of Soft Sys Net unless a proposal assigns deliverables to you. You retain ownership of your product data, telemetry schemas, and confidential materials shared during an engagement.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for resale, or present our materials as your own advisory product.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soft Sys Net is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or from decisions made solely on informational content. For paid engagements, liability caps are stated in the proposal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
